The scope of the Smart Industrial City site, located in Syria near the city of Damascus. The site of the industrial city is located in the southeastern side of the city of Damascus, with an area of about 45,000 square meters.

This site is about 3800 meters from Damascus Airport, and 19,390 meters from the city of Damascus in Syria.

In the intended site, the path of the high-voltage current cable passes, and its safe area is 30% of the total area, and there is no possibility to build in this area, and it is shown in the following plans.

The occupancy area that can be designed for buildings and different sections of the smart industrial city in Damascus is about 70% of the entire land area, and 20% of this percentage is allocated to green spaces and access roads to the site. While the space allocated for buildings and service facilities required in the Industrial City complex is 50% of the total land area and is shown in the plans below.
